As president, he provides his expertise, knowledge and leadership in furthering the organization’s goals.

Paul has over 10 years of experience in the Bay Area real estate industry. He has helped countless clients and partners realize their real estate projects, assisting them in selling or buying homes and providing guidance in rehab or investing opportunities. He is an advocate for sustainable development practices that support vibrant communities and strong economic growth.

Weihaur Lau is the Vice President and Education Coordinator of All About The Bay Inc. With over 20 years of specialized experience in Mindset-Emotional Intelligence, Communication, Yogic Philosophy, Buddhism-Zen Meditation and Integrated Health, he has been leading and coaching more than 1000 people across different contexts – from large group seminars to personal and career development meetings for corporate executives, professionals, business owners, health educators and families. He has worked with some of the most distinguished individuals in the world such as Pulitzer Prize winners, start-up founders and venture capitalists at Silicon Valley as well as corporate executives at Google and Youtube. Weihaur also holds high standards for education and has helped many educators from Stanford University and UC Berkeley to further their professional development.

He stands out among others in his field due to his deep connection with his inner soul-awakening intuition gifts. His passion for holistic healing inspired him to teach others how to achieve emotional intelligence through mindfulness practices like yoga, meditation and nutrition. My Nguyen is the Board Secretary of All About The Bay Inc., and brings a wealth of experience to the position. With 14 years of professional experience, he has worked in numerous roles including 3+ years within a SaaS start-up environment. His expertise in strategic planning, data analysis, and marketing make him uniquely qualified for the role. In addition to his professional record, My Nguyen is also an entrepreneur with a passion for creating new internet trends that are tailored to customer needs and wants.

My Nguyen also happens to be an avid hip hop dancer and has been attending AATB monthly mixers for over a year. It was through these mixers that he saw the impact AATB was making in local small business communities across the bay area – and knew he wanted to be part of it. As Board Secretary of All About The Bay Inc., My Nguyen provides essential organizational support, records decisions made by board members, and contributes valuable insights into strategic planning initiatives. He’s driven by success, inspired by challenge, and determined to help businesses reach their full potential.

Karen Huang – Executive Director

Karen Huang is an ambitious and driven Executive Director board member of All About The Bay Inc. She has been an entrepreneur since 2010, when she started her own website design business as a freelancer. Over the years, she developed her business into a full service digital marketing agency.

Her passion for helping small business owners inspired her to join All About The Bay Inc., where she provides benefits and values to its members. Karen is also an experienced real estate investor who uses her knowledge to support entrepreneurs in achieving their dreams.

A firm believer in giving back, Karen has used her skills to help countless business owners reach success. In addition to her career accomplishments, she also volunteers with local non-profits and is actively involved in fundraising activities. Her inspiring example motivates others to strive for excellence in all that they do.

Amy Khan – Fundraising Director

Amy Khang has been the Fundraising Director of All About The Bay Inc. in 2023. In her role, she is responsible for establishing the yearly fundraising objectives, goals and plans. Through her dedication to providing quality and trustworthy service, Amy has become one of the most successful and respected fundraising directors in the business.

Amy’s focus on customer service, combined with her background in business administration and sales, have enabled her to become a strategic leader within All About The Bay Inc., and have allowed her to create long-term relationships with customers which benefit both the company and its clients. Amy has also created a solid network of sponsors that support All About The Bay Inc. and ensure it can meet its yearly fundraising targets.

In addition to her work as a Fundraising Director, Amy is passionate about giving back to the community through volunteer activities such as beach cleanups and working with local homeless shelters. She also serves on the board of several educational organizations dedicated to providing access to resources for underprivileged children.

Through hard work, determination, and ambition, Amy Khang has established herself as an exemplary leader who is instrumental in helping All About The Bay Inc.’s fundraising efforts reach their fullest potential each year.

Heidi Yip – Treasurer

Heidi Yip is the Treasurer of All About The Bay Inc., a financial services firm specializing in budgeting, monitoring and developing fiscal reporting. With over a decade of experience in restaurant management, Heidi has gained invaluable insights in the intricate workings of business operations. She now applies this knowledge to help her clients create sustainable financial legacies through personalized tailored plans.

A true visionary, Heidi believes that with the right planning and guidance, anyone can secure their future. To this end, she works hard to ensure that each client’s needs are met while building long-lasting relationships. Andrya Ventura is a dedicated solar consultant and Community Outreach Director at All About The Bay Inc. She is an experienced independent contractor with over five years of marketing and advertising industry experience. Andrya has a Bachelor’s degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General from California State University, Fullerton.

As the Community Outreach Director, Andrya assists and executes public relations initiatives for the organization. She is highly skilled in point of sale (POS) systems and on-camera hosting, which have been essential in her role to drive fundraising campaigns, create partnerships with local organizations, arrange events, and develop relationships with new business contacts. In her current position, Andrya leads a team of professionals to ensure that all resources are utilized efficiently to help the organization reach its highest potential.

Andrya is passionate about helping others and strives to make a positive impact in her community. She believes that everyone should have access to reliable energy sources such as solar power and works diligently to bring awareness of this important issue to light.
