Hi, I'm Amanda — and if something difficult has happened between you and another member, I want you to know that I see you, and I'm here. I come from a background in public history, education, and community-building, and throughout my career I've been deeply committed to one thing — making sure people feel heard, especially when they're navigating something hard. That commitment is exactly what brought me to this role. I'm a strong communicator and an even stronger listener. I don't come into a conversation with assumptions or a predetermined outcome. I come in with curiosity, patience, and a genuine desire to understand what you experienced and how it affected you. Your story matters, and I will take it seriously. I'm also a problem solver — but the kind who believes that the best solutions come from understanding people first, not from rushing to a resolution. I'll help you think through what happened, what you need, and what a path forward might look like — at your pace, not mine. I care deeply about equity and making sure every single person in this community has access to support and a fair, compassionate process. It doesn't matter who you are, how long you've been here, or what the situation looks like from the outside. You deserve to be treated with dignity, and that is something I will always protect. Conflict is hard. But it doesn't have to be the end of your experience here. I'm here to help make sure it isn't. Please don't hesitate to reach out — I'm ready to listen whenever you are.
Hi, I'm Jingwu — and if you're going through something difficult right now, I just want you to know that I'm here, and I'm not going anywhere. I've always believed that the most important thing you can do for someone in a hard moment is simply be present. Not to rush in with answers. Not to judge. Just to sit with them, listen, and let them know they're not alone. That's how I show up — quietly, patiently, and with my full attention on you. I started my own business from the ground up, and along the way I've experienced my share of difficult conversations, misunderstandings, and moments where things felt unfair or unclear. That journey taught me a lot about what people really need when conflict shows up — and it's usually not advice. It's someone who will genuinely listen without an agenda. I care deeply about the friendships and support that AATB has given me, and I believe that our business is really about enriching our lives and fulfilling our purpose — not just making transactions. When conflict threatens that, I want to help protect it. I want to help you stay, heal, and move forward. I may be a quiet presence, but I am a steady one. Whatever you're carrying, you can bring it to me. I will listen with an open heart, think through it carefully with you, and do everything I can to help you feel understood and supported. Please reach out anytime. My door — and my heart — are always open.
Hey, I'm Weihaur — and I want you to know that whatever you're going through right now, you don't have to face it alone. I was originally brought into AATB as a life coach, and over the years I've had the privilege of walking alongside people through some of their most difficult moments — in business, in relationships, and in life. That experience has given me a deep understanding of how conflict feels from the inside, and how much it matters to have someone in your corner who truly gets it. I lead with empathy and I communicate with intention. I'm a problem solver at heart — but not the kind who rushes to fix things before fully understanding them. I believe that before anything can be resolved, people need to feel genuinely heard. That's where I start, every single time. I've spent years building communities, developing leaders, and helping people grow — personally, professionally, and spiritually. I know that conflict, when handled with care, can actually become one of the most powerful moments of growth for everyone involved. My goal is never just to resolve the issue — it's to make sure you walk away feeling stronger, clearer, and more connected to this community than before. I believe in people. I believe in second chances. And I believe that every person in this community deserves to feel safe, respected, and valued — no matter what happened. If something is weighing on you, please reach out. I'm here, and I'm ready to listen.
