AATB programming offers several levels of engagement from open community experiences and focused workshops to deeper leadership, accountability, and project-development opportunities. Stakeholders can begin at a level that fits their current needs and deepen their involvement over time.

Community Mixers

AATB mixers and community gatherings are designed to move beyond passive networking. They create structured opportunities for people to connect, contribute, learn, and support one another.

• Shared leadership opportunities, including welcoming, timekeeping, facilitation segments, and closing commitments.
• Stakeholder-led presentations connected to expertise, experience, and business-development journeys.
• The Hot Seat — a structured opportunity for focused feedback, brainstorming, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Peer-to-peer engagement designed to build genuine, lasting relationships.
• Opportunities to identify responsible collaborations, referrals, and shared projects.

Reconciliation Work

Reconciliation Team participants should receive specific preparation in communication, conflict support, confidentiality, impartiality, documentation, recusal, and referral. The team is intended for community-level concerns. Matters involving safety, legal issues, governance, harassment, discrimination, or organizational policy must be referred to appropriate organizational leadership, the Board, or qualified professionals. Who May Serve

• And willingness to recuse themselves when a conflict of interest exists.

Private Lounge Marketing Coaching

Private Lounge is the deeper leadership-development and entrepreneurial-support layer within AATB. While broader programming serves the larger community ecosystem, Private Lounge is designed for stakeholders seeking more focused and sustained engagement.

• Business-development support and strategy. Marketing and visibility guidance.
• Accountability structures.
Leadership growth and personal development.
• Sustained community engagement with a dedicated cohort.

Private Lounge functions as a structured support environment where participants can strengthen practical business skills and long-term collaborative relationships. It also serves as a cultivation space for the broader culture AATB is building.

Workshops

AATB workshops provide focused educational opportunities in a collaborative and supportive environment. They are intended to give stakeholders practical tools that can be applied directly to businesses, careers, community work, and projects.

Annual Summit

AATB's annual conference brings together stakeholders, collaborators, community leaders, and partners for a larger gathering focused on learning, visibility, and cross-sector relationship-building.

2025 Conference Milestone: AATB held its first successful annual conference in 2025, bringing together entrepreneurs, professionals, and community leaders from across the East Bay.

Focus Group

The AATB Focus Empowerment Group is a training, development, accountability, and leadership program for entrepreneurs, professionals, creatives, and community members developing businesses or projects.

Participants work in small teams during an approximately three-month cohort. Each team supports individual development while creating a dependable community of practice.

• Establish meaningful business, career, creative, or project goals.
• Break goals into practical milestones and weekly actions.
• Report progress consistently and honestly. • Receive accountability, peer feedback, and encouragement.
• Strengthen communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
Practice collaborative problem-solving.
• Build relationships and identify responsible collaboration opportunities.
