Step In & Build — AATB Focus Group Participation Form

You are not just a member.
You are a stakeholder of AATB.

Everything we build here, we build together. This form is your opportunity to step in, shape the direction of this community, and own your role in what AATB is becoming. The more you participate, the more this is yours.

You are stepping into a role that matters. The Focus Group is a team of 6 stakeholders whose purpose is to make every AATB member feel seen, supported, and empowered. You bring your strengths, you build real relationships, and you help direct members to the right people and resources. You don’t need all the answers — you just need to show up as yourself.

Group Leaders

All Focus Group members will be trained for the Group Lead role. The group decides together how and when leadership rotates — based on comfort, readiness, and what works best for the team. When it's your turn, you guide the team, facilitate the group sessions, and serve as the main point of contact for that rotation.

Community Member Nurturing

Each Focus Group member is always responsible for nurturing 5 community members — checking in, encouraging, and supporting them consistently. Every 3 months, those 5 members transition to a different navigator for evaluation and fresh relationship-building.

Reconciliation Facilitator

An additional role for those called to support members through conflict.
What is a Reconciliation Facilitator? This is a separate role from the Focus Group. Facilitators step in to support members who've experienced conflict — creating a safe, private, judgment-free space where people feel heard, acknowledged, and guided toward resolution. The goal is always to keep people in the community. Facilitators receive full training. You don't need to be an expert — you need empathy, patience, and a genuine heart for people.

Social, Growth & Travel Teams

Community experiences led by Vickie Vasiloudis.
Want to be part of something fun, social, and expansive? Vickie Vasiloudis is building three community teams open to all AATB members. These are not Focus Group roles — they are open community experiences for anyone who wants to connect, explore, and grow together beyond the meeting room.
Are you interested in joining any of these teams? Select all that interest you.
